Invite your team

Organization settings

Open Organization settings from the organization dashboard and enter a colleague's email address. New users receive an invitation to complete their account. People who already have a SWAI account are added right away.

• Roles are Owner, Admin and Member. Only owners and admins can invite.
• Active members and pending invitations each use one team seat. The number of seats depends on your plan.
• Revoke a pending invitation to free its seat again.

Free trial

Every new organization can try everything for 14 days: add knowledge, customize the chatbot and test it in the dashboard preview. To embed the chatbot on your website, choose a plan, during or after the trial.

Billing belongs to the organization, not to a single chatbot. The Billing page shows your plan and how much of it you have used:

Indexed pages
