The chatbot for SMEs in Switzerland: simple, transparent, no IT department needed

In small and medium-sized businesses, the same few people often answer every customer question, on top of their actual work. Opening hours, delivery terms, prices, quotes, returns or appointments: much of it repeats, and it also arrives in the evening or at weekends, when nobody is reachable.

A chatbot on your website takes over exactly these recurring questions. It answers instantly, at any time of day, based on your information. Your team saves time and is only brought in when it is really needed. You can instruct the chatbot to point to your email address or phone number in such cases.

For an SME, it matters that costs are clear up front. The Core plan costs CHF 59 per month and is meant for the first chatbot on your website. The Pro plan at CHF 149 per month offers more chatbots, more messages and more team members. If you need more messages, you can add packs of 1000 messages for CHF 25 each.

Billing is monthly. You are not locked in and can downgrade or cancel your plan at any time in the dashboard. For special requirements such as custom limits or single sign-on, Enterprise is available on request. You will find the current limits of all plans on the pricing page.

The Chatbot Creator is built so that you can set it up yourself. You import your website, upload price lists or manuals as PDFs if needed, and write a few rules in plain words. The chatbot is embedded with one line of code that you add to your website system like any other script.
